Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Certain items such as cosmetics, personal care products, and fragrance oils cannot be returned if they have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
